This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit this website, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. 

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By accessing or using the Website, you expressly agree to this policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this Website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

For our Customers living in the EU

Dressage Naturally takes the security and privacy of its EU citizen members very seriously. We are intent on complying with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and have added an addendum to this privacy policy to address changes that go into effect on May 25th 2018. It can be viewed below the ‘Your Consent’ section of this policy.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you sign up for our Wednesday Wisdom weekly email or our free starter kit, or if you purchase any courses in Karen Rohlf’s Virtual Arena. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. 

We will never sell your personally identifiable information to a third party, and we only use your information to better serve you with content, information, and occasional offers.

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the “Do we use ‘cookies’?” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you sign up for our Wednesday Wisdom weekly email in the following ways:

  • To keep you informed about all things going on in Dressage Naturally land, to give you some weekly inspiration, content, and to let you know about certain products or offers you may be interested in.
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.

If you would no longer like to receive the Wednesday Wisdom weekly emaill from us, please refer to the “How can you opt-out of emails?” section below. If you have not opted-in to receive our Wednesday Wisdom weekly email or starter kit, you will not receive any related emails for those programs from this website.

If you Purchase a course in Karen Rohlf’s Virtual Arena, we use the information we collect to keep you informed of upcoming training calls, to let you know of any changes or updates to course materials, or to contact you for any other course related information. If you sign up using a payment plan and there are issues collecting payment, we will also contact you to resolve things.

How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

The information generated by the Cookie about your use of the Site is sent to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include Dressage, Naturally. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out of emails?

To Manage your email preferences, click on ‘Update your email preferences’ at the bottom of any email you receive from us. To opt out of all emails from Dressage Naturally, please click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email you receive from us. This will remove you from the list you originally signed up on. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive future emails already in production, but these will stop shortly, if not immediately. You may also send us an e-mail to: info@dressagenaturally.net requesting your email address be removed from our list. We will remove it promptly, but keep in mind the information above regarding emails in production also applies.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Changes to our Policy

Your request should include your name and email address you want removed. Dressage Naturally will move expeditiously to stop the processing of your personal data and to remove your personal data from its systems. Please understand that, without access to your personal data, Dressage Naturally may not be able to provide certain services. For example, Dressage Naturally will not be able to send you communications, sales, offers, or newsletters. 

Right to Correct, Access or Portability of Data and Associated Procedure

You have the right to have any inaccurate data corrected by a data controller. You also have the right to request access to your data or request that Dressage Naturally make your data portable to another data controller. In order to effect any such request, you should send the request with the subject line: Correction Access Portability to: info@dressagenaturally.netYour request should include your name and email address. Dressage Naturally will endeavor to correct the data or to provide you your data in a simplistic and easily readable format as quickly as possible, but in no more than thirty (30) days.
